ATSio is powered by Latam Staffers, a recruiting and staffing agency. Your data may be shared with Latam Staffers for purposes including:

• Matching your profile with job positions in our portfolio
• Improving recruitment and placement services
• Contacting you about relevant opportunities
• Related business operations

Opt-out: You may opt out of having your data shared with Latam Staffers during registration or later in your profile settings. If you opt out, your data will not be shared with Latam Staffers for job matching. However, sharing your data would allow Latam Staffers to match your profile with job positions in our portfolio and potentially connect you with relevant opportunities.

We use your information to operate ATSio, provide support, improve our services, and—if you have not opted out—to enable Latam Staffers to match you with job opportunities.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure. Passwords are hashed. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is fully secure.

You may access, update, or delete your account and data at any time. You may also change your Latam Staffers data-sharing preference in your profile settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
